Exchange Policy

We get it—sometimes the fit just isn’t right. That’s why we offer free size exchanges for all eligible products.

1. You can raise an exchange request within 7 days from the date of delivery.
2. We’ll arrange a free reverse pickup for size.
3. The product must be: Unworn and unwashed, packed properly with original tags  and   label and is in resalable condition.
4. 1 Free Exchange per order
5. If your requested exchange item is of higher value, the difference must be paid online before dispatch.

Return & Refund Policy

We currently offer refunds only in genuine cases of damaged or defective products.

To be eligible for a refund:
- Email us within 7 days of delivery at support@theamourlabel.com
- Attach order details and clear photos showing the defect
- We will verify and approve refunds after product inspection

In rare cases where a return is accepted without any defect, a ₹100 deduction will apply for reverse pickup logistics.

Refunds will be made to the original payment method or your provided bank account.

Important Notes

- Used, washed, or altered items are not eligible for exchange or return.
- No refund or exchange for slight variations in color/design due to lighting, photography, or screen differences.
- Exchange/return will be declined if the issue is found to be caused due to customer handling or negligence.
- Please do not accept damaged or tampered packages at the time of delivery.
